This forum are divided by language. Depending on the language of the forum, Russian or English nodes are displayed.
To change the language of the forum, use the "Language Chooser" button.
To see the nodes of the forum in both languages, open your account preferences.
Check the checkbox "Display nodes in all languages" and save the settings.
