Buffer got 3 levels of amplification: "Standart" and "Premium". "Standart" level is always available. Premium level requires an activated premium account, or Belsia Certificate "Premium". This certificate is valid for 20 hours and can be purchased in the Prime Shop for 20 coins.
In the "Premium" set of buffs "Chant of Victory", "Prophecy of Wind", "Prophecy of Water", "Prophecy of Fire" do not have a penalty on the speed, "Resist Shock" gives a Stun Resist 60%, "Clarity" reduces the MP consumption of magical skills by 15%, physical skills by 25%, dance/songs by 25%.
Characters with "Premium" status can get Warsmith's buffs. These buffs are not included in the buffsets, and can be selected separately.
